I've been using these 2 in 1 bars for some time now and am absolutely delighted at the effects and how gentle they are too. There's no awkward transition phase that you can get with a soap based shampoo bar so you can be confident these will leave your hair gently cleansed, nourished and with great shine. I couldn't have formulated a better product myself so am delighted to bring these to the shelves at Oakwood Soaperie for you to share too. 

PRODUCT INFO

The name GREEN QUEEN is given to this bar for a reason. Nettle and Rosemary are queen herbs in natural haircare and this shampoo bar has both!

 

  • Nettle Leaf Powder is high in vitamins and minerals. It has purifying and anti-inflammatory properties and traditionally has been used for centuries as a decoction to improve the shine and appearance of hair.
  • Rosemary & Cedarwood essential oils stimulate the scalp and according to some research are said to improve hair growth or halt hair loss.
  • Bergamot essential oil adds extra shine to this bar and together with rosemary and cedarwood provides a fresh and woodsy aroma.

 

This 2 in 1 shampoo & conditioner bar is handmade, vegan, free from sulfates, parabens, and palm oil.

 

It is NOT soap, but pH balanced shampoo bar therefore no acidic rinse or transition period is required as you would get with soap-based shampoo bars.

 

Weight: 90 grams
Uses: around 60 washes (or 3 months worth of washing depending on usage and storage).

 

Store dry between usage. 

  • INGREDIENTS PROPERTIES

    Sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI Powder) & Cocamidropopyl Betaine are naturally derived mild surfactants responsible for gentle cleaning our scalp and hair from excess sebum and dirt. Both derived from coconut oil and palm oil-free.

     

    BTMS - 25 (Behentrimonium Methosulfate (and) Cetearyl Alcohol) is a conditioner agent. It has nothing to do with sulfates or alcohol! Derived from rapeseed and coconut oils.

     

    Cetyl alcohol - Not to be confused with alcohol (ethanol) it provides softening, hydrating properties and acts as a thickener. Our cetyl alcohol is palm oil-free.

     

    Sweet Almond Oil has hydrating and nourishing properties that moisturises the hair, reduces breakage, split ends, and relieve itchy scalps.

     

    Panthenol (Provitamin B5) protects hair from styling and environmental damage by locking in moisture. It also adds volume and shine.

     

    Green Clay gently cleanses the scalp without stripping natural oils.

    Rosemary and Cedarwood essential oils stimulate the scalp and promote hair growth.

    Geogard ECT (Benzyl Alcohol, Salicylic Acid, Glycerin, Sorbic Acid) is an Eco-Certified preservative. As a safety requirement, any products that get in contact with water must contain a preservative to keep you safe from mold and bacteria.
