Mandarin & Jojoba Cleansing oil

The power of an herbal infusion has been know for generations for their gentle yet effective skin loving properties.

We infuse our organically grown calendula and chamomile flowers in pure sweet almond oil to provide an extremely gentle soothing and cleansing oil for the face. With the addition of other nurturing and vitamin rich plant oils, Mandarin and Roman Chamomile essential oil, it's a real treat for the skin.

The Basics of Cleansing with Oil - The basic concept of this skin care and cleansing method is that the oil used to massage your skin will dissolve the oil and sebum (created naturally by the skin) that has hardened with impurities and found itself stuck in your pores. Steaming your face will help to open your pores, allowing the oil to be easily worked into the skin and removed with a clean cloth and hand hot water. Should you need it, the smallest drop of the same oil formula patted over damp skin will provide the necessary lubrication to keep your skin from over-compensating in oil production.

Directions for use: With clean hands, simply dispense a dropper full of oil into the palm of your hand and smooth onto dry facial skin, massaging gently onto the skin paying particular attention around the nose and eyes being careful not to get oil in the eyes! Rinse one of our Bamboo wash cloths in hand hot water and wring out. Rub and massage the wash cloth over face to remove the cleaning oil and any makeup, dirt or debris that has accumulated. Repeat if required until face is sparklingly clean. 

Follow up with our Gentle Oat and Lavender scrub or Floral facial steam work up a lather with a cleansing bar and our Wooden Facial Brush if required. Finish off by applying some of our nourishing facial treatment oils for gentle moisturisation to complete your ultimate natural facial skincare ritual.

Each cleaning oil is supplied in a 30ml glass bottle with dropper. Please re-use or recycle after use.
