Our effective salt scrubs are formulated with finely ground himalayan pink salts for great exfoliation, nourishing plant oils for optimum skin hydration and pure aromatherapy grade essential oils for beautiful fragrance.

Get your skin in tip top condition, glowing and smooth by smoothing on a handful of our salt scrub onto wet skin. Massage well in curcular motions to scuff off dead skin cells and improve circulation revealing a glowing and soft new you! Scrub over wet skin in the shower paying particular attention to elbows, knees and feet and rinse well. Dry with a soft towel and slather on one of our rich body oils for optimum skin hydration.

Adrestia was the daughter of Ares and Aphrodite the Goddess of balance and harmony and bringer of equilibrium. Use this beautifully scented scrub in times of unbalance or when you're feeling strung out. The sweet scent is a blend of essential oils also known for their aromatherapeutic abilities to balance the emotions and harmonise mind and body, calming a restless soul.

In aromatherapeutic use, Sweet orange in anti-depressant and uplifting and can help lessen self doubt. Geranium is the balancer, helping regulate hormones and moods alike, it is comforting and also helps balance the skin. Chamomile is supremely relaxing and calming and used in massage oil, promotes relaxation and relief from muscular tension. Bergamot is excellent in lifting low mood and in aromatherapy is used to lift depression and anxiety.

Grapefruit has a tonic effect on the skin and is useful in skincare for when the skin is oily or congested. It helps lift self esteem and helps counteract lethargy.
